We're delighted you've chosen to come on one of our tours for an experience of a lifetime and we look forward to meeting you and sharing our beautiful country with you! Booking is easy, just follow these steps:

Online booking:

  • Read our: Booking Terms & Conditions
  • Click on the 'Book now' button below, where you will be required to:
  • Enter your name(s), address and contact details
  • Select the tour and departure date you wish to book and any comments
  • Enter the deposit amount required (see tour page for specific deposit amount details) and your credit card (visa or mastercard) cardholder name
  • Enter the text from the 'anti-spam' filter into the box and click submit
  • You will automatically be redirected to a secure third party website (hosted by ANZ Bank) where you will be required to enter your credit card details. When the transaction is complete you will be automatically redirected back to the PureTrails website.
  • We will be in touch with you soon (within 24 hours) to confirm your booking and deposit was received succesfully, at which point you will be posted your tour information pack

Phone booking:

  • Read our: Booking Terms & Conditions
  • Contact us (using the numbers at the top right of this page), where you will be required to:
  • Provide your name(s), address and contact details
  • Specify the tour and departure date you wish to book
  • Provide your credit card (visa or mastercard) details for the deposit required, or alternatively you are welcome to post a cheque or make an electronic bank transfer within 7 days
  • Upon receipt of your deposit you will be posted your tour information pack

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my online booking transaction is not working?

The technology involved in this secure system is quite sensitive to errors - check to see that you have not entered a $ sign in the 'amount' field. EG a $400 deposit should be entered as '400' not '$400'. If you are in the USA or UK and using your credit card for an international transaction for the first time, your bank may have purposefully blocked the transaction to combat fraudulent use - let them know you are travelling overseas so they can lift any block they may have on your card. If you are still having problems, feel free to call us and do your transaction over the phone instead. PLEASE do not email us your credit card details as it is not secure to do so.

Can I book online for more than 2 people?

Yes you can. Just complete the details for the first 2 people in your group, and send us an email with the other party members names, addresses and contact phone numbers. Groups are welcome to pay their deposit in a combined lump sum, or individually.

What if I haven't booked my flights?

If you need to co-ordinate your tour booking around flights, you can make a tentative booking with us while you finalise your flights. We are happy to hold a booking for you for up to one week.

Can you hold a tour date for my group while I 'rally the troops'?

Yes we can! We are happy to hold a specific tour departure date for up to 7 days while you co-ordinate your travel plans amongst your group.

What happens next?

When your booking has been confirmed, will then mail you your Tour Information Pack (or email it upon request). This will contain all the information you need to prepare for your trip. You will be required to fill out a personal questionnaire [with medical info, dietary requirements and emergency contact details etc] and return it to us. Please do this as soon as possible - and at least two months before the tour begins as the information helps us prepare menu's and plan the tour.
